Ingredient: 

Pork, garlic, sugar, ginger, soy sauce, garlic chive, prawn, shiitake mushroom, flour

豬肉、大蒜、糖、薑、醬油、韭菜、蝦、香菇、麵粉

In the pack:

10pc handmade dumplings (approx 35-40g/pc)

 

 Cooking Instruction

**Do not defrost**

Boil

Cook frozen dumplings in boiling water for approx. 7-10 mins. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

Pan fry

Place frozen dumplings in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat, add a teaspoon of oil and fry dumplings for 2 mins or until golden brown on the bottom. Add 1/2 cup of water into pan, cover with lid and keep cooking for 4-6 mins or until water evaporated.

水煮
將冷凍的餃子放在沸水中煮約7-10分鐘。偶爾攪拌一下以防止粘連。


將冷凍餃子放在不粘鍋中,用中火加熱,加入一茶匙油,煎餃子2分鐘或直到底部呈金黃色。在鍋中加入1/2杯水,蓋上鍋蓋,繼續煮4-6分鐘或直到水份蒸發。
