Lazy Noodle Kits

 

GuBaMi  intercostal and tendon | 半筋半肉

Opt 1 : Heat up the noodle in boiling water for 30 seconds, others contents(in the bag)  warm up in hot water bath for 2 min. Open the bag and place in a bowl for eat. (if the contents is complete frozen, than adjust for longer time)

Opt 2 : Heat up the contents packs separately in the microwave for 3 minutes. Remove the pack and placing all ingredients in the bowl. (if the contents is complete frozen, than adjust for longer time)

 

Braised Pork belly | 控肉

Opt 1 : Heat up the noodle in boiling water for 30 seconds, others contents(in the bag)  warm up in hot water bath for 2 min. Open the bag and place in a bowl for eat. (if the contents is complete frozen, than adjust for longer time)

Opt 2 : Heat up the contents packs separately in the microwave for 3 minutes. Remove the pack and placing all ingredients in the bowl. (if the contents is complete frozen, than adjust for longer time)

Beijing Style | 炸醬麵 짜장면

Shaoxing glazed rib and truffle | 松露牛小排

Opt 1 : Heat up the noodle in boiling water for 30 seconds, others contents(in the bag) warm up in hot water bath for 6 min. Open the bag and place in a bowl for eat. (if the contents is complete frozen, than adjust for longer time)

Opt 2 : Heat up the contents packs separately in the microwave for 6 minutes. Remove the pack and placing all ingredients in the bowl. (if the contents is complete frozen, than adjust for longer time)

 Spicy citrus cured trout | 辣澄和風

Rinse the soba noodle with hot water and make it spread out completely. refresh the noodle in the ice water. open all the content packs, mix noodle with sauce well and place in the bowl.

 


Ommi’s Handmade Dumpling

Truffle Sheng jian bao | 松露生煎包

Step 1: Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high, place buns in the pan.

Step 2: Pan-fry the buns until turn to lightly golden brown on the bottom.
Step 3: Pour 1/4 cup water into the pan and cover immediately. Cook until the water completely evaporates.
Step 4: Plate the buns, and serve immediately.

 

Garlic chive and egg tofu | 韭菜盒子

To pan fry:
Heat the oil in the non-stick pan with medium low heat. cook both side until an even deep golden brown color.

 

Kimchi dumplings | 泡菜餃子

To boil dumpling:
Large pot with boil water, add dumplings and cook them until they float, let them cook an additional 5 minutes. Finished them out with a strainer, drain them, and serve.

To steam:
Place dumpling in steamer and set on the boil water. Steam the dumplings until cooked through, about 12 minutes. Transfer to plate and serve.

To pan fry:
Heat the oil in the non-stick pan, add the dumplings cook until an even deep golden brown on the bottom. Add water covers the dumplings by a third to a half, steam 10 minutes until the dumplings are cooked through.



Ommi's Snacks

 

Rice boudin noir | 手做豬血糕

Heat the Rice Boudin with in a vac bag ( cut a small hole to avoid explosion) in Microwave about 1 minutes. Transfer to plate and serve with peanut crumble

 

Shallot Roti, | 蔥油餅

Heat up pan with oil to medium temperature and place in the Roti. Flip over the Roti several times to ensure even crispiness on both side. Transfer to plate and serve with Black Garlic egg cream.

 

Oden pot |關東煮

Heat up the Oden with vacuum bag in the hot water for 5 min. Check the food is hot and ready to eat

Heat the Oden in Microwave about 5 minutes. Transfer to plate and serve with Oden sauce
