Easy Noodle Kits
Ommi's Food & Catering noodle packs can be stored in the fridge for a maximum of 5 days, or in the freezer for up to 5 months.

Dumplings
Ommi's Food & Catering dumplings can be stored in the freezer for up to 5 months. Please store dumplings in the freezer section ONLY.

Ommi's Night Market snack range
Street food and snack packs can last for up to 2 weeks in the fridge.

Ommi's Sauce
Store Ommi's sauce in a cool, dry place or keep refrigerated for up to 5 months. Please minimise contact of the product with other food so it lasts longer.

'What is the material?'
Ommi's Food & Catering uses PA/CPP pouches as product packaging. It is safe in contact with food and does not affect the flavor of the food inside. 'Can I heat food with the package? '
The package can withstand temperatures up to 120°C and as low as -30°C. It is safe to reheat our food products in pouches that come with them.

Ommi's Food & Catering loves Aussie ingredients and we absolutely support local farms and suppliers! Over 80% of our ingredients are local / domestic. As an Asian food brand, we wanted to deliver the best Asian flavours as we could for Aussie gourmets. Therefore we also use imported ingredients from various Asian countries including Taiwan, Japan, Korea and China.

Card Payment We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. No surcharge applies on Ommi's Food & Catering order payments.

Unfortunately Ommi's Food & Catering do not accept cash payments on delivery due to hygiene and courier arrangement reasons. However, you are welcome to visit our physical store and purchase with cash here.

Please contact us at least 1 day ahead of the delivery date. Ommi's Food & Catering will try our best to process your cancellation request if possible and issue a refund.

Ommi's Food & Catering will not be able to provide a detailed delivery time for your order. This is due to the fact that the courier company arranges delivery based on order quantity and routes, therefore we are not able to obtain a specific delivery time for your order. However, you will be contacted by the courier in advance and be provided with a delivery time frame and other delivery notes if any. If you require any changes to your delivery address, please contact us prior to shipping as soon as possible.
