Returns & Replacements
- At Ommi's Food and Co, your satisfaction is our first priority. In an unlikely event where your order is received incomplete or has been compromised, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible with your order number and detail your concerns and we’ll do our very best to resolve this for you.
- Note: If the product has thawed whilst you're away when your order was delivered, please do not refreeze the product and store it in the fridge instead. Please refer to the cooking guide on heating times. This is not considered as damaged goods and does not qualify for a refund or replacement.
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange for a "change of mind" or “not used” on any frozen product (because we don’t know how they have been handled or stored once they have left our store). Because of health and safety regulations, these items would need to be “Binned”
- Ommi's Food and Co happily trade under the “NSW Fair Trading Act Policy”.
- Ommi's Food and Co reserves the right to have the product assessed for acceptable quality prior to providing you with a suitable remedy.
