Sa-cha pork rib noodle soup is a popular noodle dish commonly found at hole-in-the-wall eateries and street booths in Taiwan (Sa-cha is Taiwanese version satay). From cooking the thick broth, selecting and preparing, trimming, marinating to deep frying the pork ribs, let us do the cooking so you can enjoy the delicious meal in under 10 minutes.

The ribs were delicious and the soup’s texture was fab as were the noodles.
The shacha broth is kind of similar to a hot and sour soup (and same thick texture) but with only a hint of heat/chilli (just warms the throat slightly). The noodles were fresh-tasting, chewy and thick, Hokkien noodle-like. Favourite part was the pork ribs! Reheated them in the air fryer to get them crispy and they were so delicious - flavour profile is sweet and salty like that of Taiwanese fried pork chops, with a light and crisp batter coating made from sweet potato starch (I think). Yum!
Very tasty and convenient. Would be great if ommi has the noodle as an add on that we can order.
The soup brought me home! It is a complete product like what is served back home and it is so easy to put it together like the food stool will serve.
