Shacha pork rib noodle soup is a popular street food commonly found at holes-in-the-wall and street venders' booths in Taiwan.
From selecting and preparing the pork ribs to trimming, marinating and then deep frying, this new addition to the Ommi's ready-to-heat product family requires a series of meticulous works.
Cook the egg noodle, heat up the tender and fatty deep-fried pork belly and our house made umami-packed shiitake mushroom sauce, travel with Ommi's back to the night market in Taiwan.
