Fresh fish delicately smoked using premium Taiwanese Oolong tea leaves. The tea aroma infuses the fish, giving the skin a golden hue and the meat a subtle, smoky fragrance with a hint of tea aftertaste. Served with lemon for a refreshing touch, this is an elegant cold

選用鮮嫩魚肉,以台灣特有的烏龍茶葉進行煙燻工序。茶香滲透魚肉紋理,表皮呈現金黃色澤,入口帶有淡雅的煙燻香氣與烏龍茶的回甘,搭配檸檬汁更顯清爽,是一道優雅的冷前菜。

 

Heating method:

When it is defrosted, heat the whole plate of smoked fish in an oven or steamer for 5-10 minutes. It can be eaten with Thousand Island dressing

整盤燻魚解凍後用烤箱或蒸鍋加熱5-10分鐘  食材有熱就可以沾著千島醬一起食用
