Omar grew up as a foodie from an Asian food hawker by his father owned. Street food drew him in and Omar worked in his father's hawker and Japanese restaurant in Taiwan for 6 years. Wanting to learn more range of cuisine, he went to university to study Western Food Culture and Innovation and travel to Australia.

10 years later now, He has been to working at Aria restaurant, Barangaroo House and he gains a lot of fine dining restaurant experience in Solotel with Matt Moran. For the last 16 years, Omar knows how to cook food and combined eastern-western, make food tasty and healthy.

After he done many of fine dining restaurant, He wants to back to the beginning of his nature and his passionate about, Asian street snacks food. Want to let people eat easy, eat happy.
