We slow roasted the whole beef short ribs with Shaoxing glaze for 16 hours. The beef rib is tender and juicy. Noodle serve with truffle beef jus. Using AACo Wagyu (QLD) and Josdale black angus 100% grass fed (Gippsland, VIC)
Grass fed beef are generally bland in taste, lean with little marbling. But Josdale Black Angus, has consistently produced lean, but yet juicy and tasty high quality beef. Josdale Black Angus is healthy, much lower in fats but packs great taste.
This is the reason why you would find that our cuts less fatty but yet tender, juicy and fresh

Another easy quick meal but not value for money. Proportion was very small in terms of how much it was. The meat was quite dry in texture. Probably not enough sauce to keep it moist. Fell for the truffle label but it was not that special. One try is enough
So good must be try, I want to ordering again.
