Ommi's Catering was founded by Taiwanese-Australian chef Omar Hsu in May, 2020. After over a decade working for Australian chef, restaurateur and author Matt Moran, growing from an apprentice to someone who oversees kitchen operation of restaurants under the Solotel Group including Aria Restaurant, Opera Bar, and Barangaroo House, Omar decided to bring his extensive kitchen experience and understanding of Asian and western food culture into his own practice.
Omar and his partners aim to provide clients the very best for every kind of occasion they may be hosting.
Menus are developed by Omar Hsu based on clients' requests and our specialities combined. We aim to present menus which showcase a delicate balance between Asian and western flavours and influences, while ensuring they perfectly match your needs and the occasion.
